Are passwords changes exact?(i mean if the password changes at the exact time it says
its just that sometimes im navigating with the vpn on and it disconnects me to put a "multifactor authetincation pin"

It says that but the password is being changed before the time hehe, yesterday said no earlier than 17:17 utc and it got changed at 17:03 utc ):
