уважаемые админы, нашёл один прокси сервер, что бы к вам подрубиться, но там типа так надо

Здравствуйте, возможно ли подключиться по портам 109, 110, 143 TCP ? дело в том, что у нас скорость адсл лимитированая, а ети порты я так понял мэйловскии... там скорость безлимитная... был у меня опенвпн один, там 110 порт был.. там скорость хорошая была, у вас работают ети порты ? спасибо
